My name is Clint Kempfer, and I am honored to serve as the 2025-2026 District Governor for Lions District 27-A2. I’m thrilled you’re here, and I hope this platform helps spread the message of Lionism across the world.
I’m a proud member of the Juneau Lions Club in Juneau, WI—a small but passionate community dedicated to service. My wife and I joined the Lions in September 2021, and from the start, I was inspired by the impact of this organization. My leadership journey began as Diabetes Awareness Chairperson (2021), then Zone Chair (2022), and in 2023, I took the next step toward District Governor.
Along the way, I have embraced opportunities for leadership development, attending Emerging Lions Leadership Institute, Regional Lions Learning Institute, and Wisconsin Advanced Lions Learning Institute. I’ve also pursued self-guided learning through the Club Quality Initiative and developed leadership roundtable topics to help strengthen our clubs.
I believe that by honoring our traditions while embracing innovation, we can expand our impact, grow our membership, and ensure a strong future for Lions Clubs. I look forward to serving District 27-A2 and working alongside fellow Lions to make a difference!
During my year as District Governor, I want to emphasize the importance of honoring tradition while embracing innovation. Lions Clubs cannot afford to operate as they always have—technology has transformed the way we connect, serve, and grow. For too long, we’ve been the “biggest secret organization” in the world, and that must change. By modernizing our outreach while preserving our core values, we can expand our impact, strengthen our membership, and ensure that Lions Clubs remain a powerful force for good for generations to come.
